Why does Call Recorder need a Helper apk?

According to Google Developer Policy, Call Recorder Apps are not allowed to use Accessibilty Service API and Read Call Log Permission. Which means that all Call Recording apps downloaded from Google Play can not work correctly. We have to redesign the old app and separate it into 2 parts. One part is used for managing audios which is referred as Main App, that you can download from Google Play, the other part referred as the Helper app, uses the Accessibility Service API to record audios in background, and Call Log Permission to get the phone number, which is obviously not allowed on Google Play, so you have to download the Helper App from elsewhere.
